It currently offers more than 300 slot machines and 37 table games. Based on the size of the gaming floor and number of machines and tables, it seems that the games are somewhat spread out.

It’s not unusual to find low-limit blackjack tables with minimum bets as low as $5. There is also a high-limit room with table maximums comparable to those found in other casinos. One distinctive feature that sets The Greenbrier Casino Club apart from others is that you must be a registered hotel guest to gamble there.
If you are not staying at the hotel, you can still gain access to the casino by attending an event or purchasing a yearly pass, which starts at a substantial $1,590 per year. Owning or renting an estate home in the Greenbrier Sporting Club is another way to obtain access to the casino. However, home ownership or rental starts at around $1,000,000, making it an impractical purchase for most people unless they are looking for a costly residence in the area. Rentals are also available, although I could not find pricing information online.

One of his projects was to construct a casino that would match or exceed any other gaming and entertainment establishment in the country. The Casino Club of the Greenbrier, built beneath the front entrance, was opened on July 2, 2010. The 103,000-square-foot space was designed by architect Michael Oliver McClung, with Carleton Varney in charge of the decor, which complements the hotel’s historic interior. The casino blends high-class style with high-roller excitement. After 7 p.m., men are required to wear coats and women must dress in appropriate attire. The casino’s motto is “Excellence is part of our history. Gaming is part of our future.”
The casino features 320 cutting-edge slot machines, simulcast horse and dog racing, and 37 table games, including blackjack, roulette, craps, mini-baccarat, baccarat, Texas Hold ‘Em, and 3 card poker. The Casino is only open to registered overnight guests or those attending special events or conventions. The Casino has four restaurants, bars, or lounges, including In-Fusion, Twelve Oaks, 42 Below, and Greenbrier Royale.
While my wife and I are not gamblers, we have a rule that we each play a $10 roll of quarters at the 25-cent slots. When we run out of money, which is always the case, we return home. My wife won over $200 once, and it’s enjoyable as long as you set a limit for yourself and adhere to it.
During my recent two-day stay at the Greenbrier, I spent a significant amount of time in the Casino Club. As a frequent gambler, I have visited many casinos. I particularly appreciated that this facility was smoke-free! I arrived on my birthday, and when the pit boss registered me for a players card, she arranged a complimentary drink and cupcake, with the staff even singing Happy Birthday to me. The table limits were reasonable, and the dealers and pit staff were friendly and helpful. While there was a sufficient number of slot machines, I did notice a lack of newer, more interactive slots. Every night at 10:00 pm, they provide a free champagne toast and have ballroom dancers to entertain guests. The only negative aspect of my experience was the cost of a cocktail while playing, which was $16. I should have opted for a beer instead. Aside from that, the casino was highly enjoyable and of a very high class.

We appreciate the convenience of Twelve Oaks, which does not require reservations, allowing us to enjoy a meal on the spur of the moment. At 10:00 pm, performers evoke the charm of the Old South with a waltz, and champagne is shared by all for a delightful evening toast. The Casino is an immaculate space, lined with flashing machines, games, and slot games. The decor is rather elegant, and a replica of the pump house is located in the center of the room where couples dance the waltz at 10 p.m. Although not a gambler, I observed that there were gaming tables present, although the number of players was relatively small. A member of our group won $900 on a $1 slot machine, generating a great deal of excitement, and we headed to the lounge to enjoy a celebratory drink. I appreciated the fact that the cup of silver dollars I used had a hand wipe included in it because it felt unclean handling so many coins. While I didn’t win, I did contribute a bit.

Unfortunately, the prospect of winning millions was not in our favor that night, but I remain optimistic for the next time! The Casino is impressive, and the staff is always available to provide assistance. They helped us several times in comprehending how the machines operate.

Upon arriving following our dinner, only half of one table was open, and it was already full. We spoke with the manager, who informed us to squeeze in. I did, but my husband was quite displeased and left in frustration. They subsequently opened the other end of the table, which immediately filled up. However, the stick man and courier did not engage with the shooters. I stayed for my roll and left. The table lacked any excitement, and even though I broke even, I did not experience the enjoyment that I typically find in playing craps.
The beautiful casino facility is outstanding, a location that beckons for well-dressed patrons. Apparently, jackets are no longer mandatory for gentlemen, as two individuals at the table did not have them. We will be staying at The Greenbrier for four nights but most likely will not return to the casino during this trip.

There is a distinctive vibe to the casino that you will be hard-pressed to find elsewhere. As only resort guests are permitted to enter, you will not have to deal with the rough crowds typically found in casinos, which I personally found to be an excellent feature. This aspect was something I eagerly anticipated during my second visit in three months. Although I would have preferred to recoup my losses, the security personnel assured me they would be waiting for me when I returned…Ha! Even though it was just a hundred bucks, I’m not keeping count! Moreover, there was an incident involving an intoxicated patron, which was handled with the utmost care and professionalism I have ever seen. I have witnessed some security officers go overboard, but these individuals acted like big brothers. As I was there alone for four consecutive nights, this review is not just an impulsive post!
